Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page
To request a return, please contact us at info@cosmats.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cosmats.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
