• Orders are dispatched on the same day.
• We offer Tracked Delivery for all our orders.

• Our products are restricted by IATA due to dangerous goods category. Products like perfume, gas spray, etc. can be delivered internationally.
• Delivery period may extend due to dependency on customs clearance procedure of country.
• For International orders, due to recent changes in foreign policy with the UK, customers may require paying for custom clearance to receive a parcel.
• Especially, orders destined for European Union countries must pay custom clearance fees for orders above €21 due to change in policy after Brexit.
• If International order returned to us, if customer has not accepted parcel, denial of parcel or any other than postage will be deducted while refunding the amount.

• Express shipping is available for Mon – Thu till GMT 2pm & Friday till GMT 1pm to get the order for next working day. Please consider that it is aim for delivery and cannot be guaranteed. Express shipping orders success ratio is 99% with us. National Holidays & Bank Holiday may affect express shipping.
